質粒簡介
pCDNA3.0-HA-N載體是專門設計用來在哺乳細胞中進行高水平的穩定表達和瞬時表達。其中人巨細胞病毒早期啟動子(CMV)在廣泛的哺乳動物細胞中可以實現高表達。新霉素抗性基因可以用來篩選穩定細胞系，具體用G418篩選，另外HA做為標簽能在WB實驗中更方便的檢測到目的基因是否表達。
pcDNA3.0-HA-N is 5.4 kb vectors designed for high-level stable and transient expression in mammalian hosts. High-level stable and non-replicative transient expression can be carried out in most mammalian cells. The vectors contain the following elements:
Human cytomegalovirus immediate-early (CMV) promoter for high-level expression in a wide range of mammalian cells.
Neomycin resistance gene for selection of stable cell lines.
HA epitope for Western blot experiment.
