Subculture:
seed out at ca. 0.5-1.0 x 106 cells/ml in 12-well-plates with 20% FBS; maintain at ca. 0.5-1.5 x 106 cells/ml; split saturated culture 1:3 to 1:5 every 3 days; the viability may drop to about 10% after thawing, but the cells will recover thereafter; we recommend to centrifuge the cells in order to remove cellular debris

at 37 °C with 5% CO2
