產品描述

Ustekinumab類似物是一種抗IL-12和IL-23細胞因子的p40亞基的人IgG1κ單克隆抗體，使用DNA重組技術在具有良好特征的細胞系中生產并使用標準生物處理技術純化，生產過程保護病毒清除步驟，該抗體含有1326個氨基酸，分子量在14879Da和149690Da之間。


本公司供應的Ustekinumab類似物原液是一種無菌、無防腐劑、無色至微黃的溶液，pH值5.7-6.3，含有5mg/ml的Ustekinumab、0.02 mg/mL 二水EDTA二鈉鹽、0.77 mg/mL L-組氨酸、1.04 mg/mL L-一水組氨酸鹽酸鹽、0.4 mg/mL L-蛋氨酸、0.4 mg/mL聚山梨酯80和85 mg/mL蔗糖。

Ustekinumab is a human monoclonal antibody directed against interleukin 12 and interleukin 23, naturally occurring proteins that regulate the immune system and immune-mediated inflammatory disorders. Ustekinumab blocks interleukin IL-12 and IL-23 which help activate certain T-cells. It binds to the p-40 subunit of both IL-12 and IL-23 so that they subsequently cannot bind to their receptors.
