MV4-11/firefly luciferase (CMV) stable cells
MV4-11 cell line, lymphoblast derived from human biphenotypic B myelomonocytic leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development in vitro and in vivo. MV4-11/firefly luciferase (CMV) stable cells express transgenically firefly luciferase under the control of the CMV promoter. The proliferation and trafficing of the cells could be monitored in Bioluminescence imaging in small animal xenograft model.
MV4-11 cell line was lymphoblast from human biphenotypic B myelomonocytic leukemia.  It has been widely used in cancer research and drug development. MV4-11/firefly luciferase (CMV) stable cells express firefly luciferase under the control of the CMV promoter. These cells can be used for in vitro cell model and in vivo small-animal imaging.
