Description描述:pFUSE-CLIg kappa or lambda light chain (CL) pFUSE-CLIg expresses the constant region of the kappa or lambda light chain (CL) of human, mouse or rabbit origin. They contain a multiple cloning site (MCS) upstream of this constant region to enable the cloning of the variable (VL) region of a given antibody. All pFUSE-CLIg plasmids are now available with or without the IL2 signal sequence. Addition of this signal sequence allows the secretion of recombinant IgGs generated using Fab or scFv fragments selected from phage display libraries that lack a signal sequence. pFUSE-CLIg plasmids allow the generation of monoclonal antibodies when used in association with pFUSE-CHIg plasmids. Antibodies generated using pFUSE-CLIg and pFUSE-CHIg can be purified from the supernatant of transfected cells using the appropriate Protein A, Protein G or Protein L affinity chromatography.
