大腸桿菌接合菌株E. coli CA434 strain菌株
CA434 is essentially E. coli HB101 carrying R702, and contains both Dam and Dcm methyltransferases which modify the sequences GATC and CCWGG, respectively.
The conjugal transfer functions of CA434 are encoded on the plasmid R702. CA434 carries both a leuB6 and a proA2 mutation. R702 confers resistance to tetracycline.
