EMT6-human HER2 cell line細胞株
EMT6-hHER2 is a murine breast cancer cell line expressing human HER2 (hHER2). Human full-length HER2 cDNA was cloned into the transposon-based vector pPB-PGK-Puro and co-transfected into murine wild-type (WT) EMT6 cells together with the PiggyBac transposase expression vector pcDNA3.1/hyPB [23]. Then, cell pools stably expressing HER2 were selected in the presence of puromycin and individual clones were isolated by single-cell sorting using flow cytometry
