Description描述：At age 83 years the donor began to experience increasing slowness in walking and slowing of reaction time. Autopsy of brain revealed degeneration of substantia nigra and locus coeruleus with Lewy bodies in neurons of the substantia nigra consistent with Parkinson disease. The skin biopsy was taken post-mortem on 8/16/85 from the upper anterior abdomen. The culture was initiated using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Same donor as AG08396 (lung fibroblast) and AG28599 (iPSC).
