Description描述：The fat tissue was removed from the subject's inner thighs and knees ante-mortem during elective cosmetic tumescent liposuction on 9/13/02. This primary culture was initiated on 9/13/02 by collagenase digestion of fat tissue. Donor subject weighed 138 lbs (62.6 kgs) at the time of the procedure. This culture tested negative for the endothelial cell-specific von Willebrand factor, negative for alpha-smooth muscle actin and positive for Cy3/Vimentin (immunofluorescence assays). 50% of the cells observed at passage 4 showed adipogenic differentiation. THIS SAMPLE WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED FROZEN.
