Description描述：The donor had a 6 year history of progressive intellectual deterioration. A CT scan showed severe cerebral atrophy. The skin biopsy was taken antemortem from the upper left arm. The culture was initiated on 2/29/84 using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Stem cell line is AG27606.
