Description描述：Donor has osteoarthritis of the lumbar spine and mild gastrointestinal problems; family history of arthritis and heart disease. The culture was initiated on 7/19/01 by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The culture grows in suspension and the cell morphology is spherical. The karyotype is 47,XX,+12[3]/46,XX[47]. A second lymphoblast cell line taken 4 years later from this same donor is AG20426. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
