Preparation:

1. Suspend: 25 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water.

2. Heat: Heat with frequent agitation until the medium boils and dissolves completely.

3. Sterilize: Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.

4. Pour: Pour into sterile Petri dishes or other suitable containers.

Growth Conditions:

• Temperature: Incubate at 25-30°C.

• Atmosphere: Aerobic conditions.
