pBI121載體是一個雙元植物農桿菌表達載體,能夠高效轉染植物。該載體來源于pB221和Bin19載體。載體上含有從ColE1來源的ori復制元件,從CaMV中來源的pROK1元件,大腸桿菌新霉素磷酸轉移酶II基因(Neomycin phosphotransferase II Gene, NptII),新霉素抗性基因(Neomycin resistant gene, Neo), 敏感基因Beta葡糖苷酸酶(glucuronidase),Ter 農桿菌Ti質粒胭脂氨酸合成酶原件等。pBI121載體是卡那抗性質粒。
