pELPs 19-BB-z臨床級CAR-T慢病毒質(zhì)粒，水泡性口炎病毒G蛋白假型慢病毒質(zhì)粒，EF1a啟動子，表達(dá)anti-CD19 scFv，人CD8a鉸鏈和跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域，人4-1BB和CD3zeta信號結(jié)構(gòu)域。

A vesicular stomatitis virus protein G pseudotyped clinical grade lentiviral vector (designated pELPs 19BBz) directing expression of anti-CD19 scFv derived from FMC63 murine monoclonal antibody, human CD8a hinge and transmembrane domain, and human 4- 1BB and CD3zeta signaling domains was produced. Constitutive expression of the transgene was directed by inclusion of an EF- l a (elongation factor- l a promoter); LTR, long terminal repeat; RRE, rev response element. (cPPT) and the central termination sequence (CTS).
