DC2.4 is an immature DC cell line established previously from the culture of C57BL/6mice bone marrow progenitors.
Culture medium:
RPMI1640+10%FBS(Gibco)+5ng/mL mouse granulocyte-monocyte colony stimulating factor+50uM 2-mercaptoethanol+antibiotics(PSF)
